Radial shaft seal with low cross-sectional height intended for bearing arrangements that incorporate needle roller bearings. The seal is designed without garter springs, is made out of rubber, and has a single lip. The rubber outside diameter enhances the seal around the housing bore and reduces the risk of damage to the seal and housing during installation and removal.
