High pressure hydraulic double-acting swing clamp offering high rigidity, high accuracy, long life, and a swing completion position repeatability of +/- 0.5 degrees. It is designed for applications that require clamp position repeatability, machining, deburring, cleaning, and press fitting. The clamp offers high speed and endurance with a rotation mechanism. High endurance is achieved by enlarging the rod diameter, which decreases torque, and by using bigger steel balls and making the lead groove. An exclusive dust seal is designed to protect against high-pressure coolant. The clamp also has high durability against chlorine-based coolants, thanks to its sealing material, which offers excellent chemical resistance. Lastly, one can attach a Series BZT speed control valve directly.
